Hi, my name is Deanna! I am a Holistic Nutritionist certified in Neuro-Nutrition, I am also a wellness educator and yoga teacher. I specialize in restoring proper digestive function and balancing Mental Health with Nutritional Therapy.

Mental health challenges run deep in my family and my own personal health struggles have lead me to discover the powerful healing ability that Nutritional Therapy can have on the body and more specifically, the brain. My philosophy centers on the idea that true health can be achieved through a holistic & individualized approach to nutrition & lifestyle.
